50g of Goldings hop pellets are a traditional English hop used in nearly all English Ales, valued for its smooth (almost sweet), delicate, slightly spicy aroma that produces the classic Goldings finish.
Goldings hop pellets are mainly used as a bittering hop, but they has a low Alpha Acid so is a gentle bitterness, and can be used as an aroma hop, giving subtle notes of honey with an underlying earthiness and a spiciness too.
