A bit about CWTCH...

Behold the 2015 Champion Beer of Britain, the Tiny Rebel 'CWTCH' (pronounced Kootch) Welsh Red Ale beer kit! You can now make this champion 36 pint kit from the comfort of your own home, and trust us it's one of the best homebrew beers we've tried! This beer is served in Wales as one of their favourites and was founded in Newport by the Tiny Rebel Brewing Co. And now you can make it yourself!

At 4.6% it's the perfect strength, not too strong, could almost be a session beer! First off, the look of this ale is just fantastic, deep, pure red. It just makes you want to dive in and take a big swig! Then comes the aroma; a stunning mixture of toffee and fresh, crisp floral notes. Ok, now you really want to take a big swig! Next, the taste. Wow. It's so fruity & fresh with an array of tropical fruits. It's got a nice bitterness but not too much. The bitters are balanced out impeccably by the taste of sweet caramel. This beer is like a roller coaster for the tongue! Amazing. It's easy to see why the beer won the 2015 beer of Britain!

We serisouly recommend giving this beer a go! You won't be disappointed!

Included in the box is:

  • 2x tins of malt extract
  • 2x bags of Citra hop pellets
  • 2x bags of Columbus hop pellets
  • 2x 6g American ale yeast sachets
  • Detailed instruction and note book

As all of the ingredients are split into two you could easily make two 18 pint batches instead if you didn't want to make the whole lot in one go.
