A simple to follow wine kit that will make 6 bottles of delicious SG Wines - Solomon Grundy Black Cherry wine in just 7 days. Dark red, medium sweet cherry wine, lots of cherry flavour, with a slight spiciness, and gentle acidity.
You will need to add 770 grams of sugar. Brewing sugar works best, but if you would prefer a sweeter finished wine, use granulated (supermarket) sugar, or a combination of the two.
This will make a wine of approx. 12.5% ABV.
