A simple to follow wine kit that will make 6 bottles of delicious Solomon Grundy Elderflower wine in just 7 days. Slightly sweet with a smooth mouthfeel, the elderflower shines through. Very refreshing, slight dryness with a hint of citrus. This is the taste of spring.
You will need to add 770grams of sugar. Brewing sugar works best, but if you would prefer a sweeter finished wine, use granulated (supermarket) sugar, or a combination of the two.
This will make a wine of approx 12.5% ABV.
