A simple to follow wine kit that will make 6 bottles of delicious SG Wines Solomon Grundy strawberry wine in just 7 days. Bright red wine that smells of sweet strawberries, which continues through to the flavours. Sweet, rich and very fruity, this is the taste of summer!
You will need to add 770 grams of sugar. Brewing sugar works best, but if you would prefer a sweeter finished wine, use granulated (supermarket) sugar, or a combination of the two.
This will make a wine of approx. 12.5% ABV.
