Set of 3 Coarse Filtration Pads for the Buon Vino Mini Jet Filter.
Pad 1 - Coarse Filtration - Blue Packet. This is for young wines that have only been left for up to 2 week after finings have been added or for heavy bodied wines.
These filter out particles that between 5 - 7 microns.
You can use the Coarse Filtration Buon Vino Mini Jet Filter pads to remove coarse material from your wine, to make it easier to polish using the finer grade pad 2.
You need to use a set of 3 of the same gauge pads per filtration.
There are 3 different grades of filter pads and you need to use 3 (of the same grade pad) on each filtration. The pad choice depends on the amount of particulates suspended in the wine and the level of filtration you want to achieve.
