Make 35 pints of traditional real pale ale with the Festival Ales Brigadier Amber Ale beer kit. Inspired by Bombardier Amber Ale, you can expect a bold malty backbone interlaced with bright citrus and earthy hop aromas. An Intricate medium bodied malt forward ale. Satisfyingly bitter with a characterful hop fruitiness that finishes off the palate. With the addition of extra hops to be used at the end of fermentation (dry hopping) to give extra hoppy character and aroma.
Makes approx 20 litres (35 pints) of traditional real ale at an ABV approx 4.6%
