This California white wine is straw to pale gold in colour with a smooth dry lingering finish. The perfect social wine. Fresh, crisp notes of pear, guava, lemon-peel, and apple that should be drank fresh. This fantastically balanced wine pairs particularly well with seafood, roast chicken and pasta.
The strength will be around the 12% ABV mark.
In this kit you get 1.58 litres of grape concentrate (that you top up to 4.5 litres with tap water), the perfect yeast for this style of wine and the other ingredients to make sure this wine kit makes you 6 bottles of wine that you would find on the expensive shelves of the supermarket aisle.
This homebrew kit will take approximately 4 weeks to make and ideally you should leave it in the bottle to condition for a few months.
