Heating & Temperature
When brewing, keep your wine or beer at the right temperature (usually 18-22°C) is necessary to get a full fermentation with no unwanted off flavours. Constant monitoring of the temperature is essential so you will need a thermometer.
As it gets into the cooler months, it can be difficult to keep your brew at a constant temperature. As it gets colder you may find the need to warm the fermenting beer or wine by using a heat pad or a brew belt. These can help regulate the temperature of the brew when it's too cold.
