Made fruit wines of all types for years and on some as a hobby , had a go last year base level wine kit and so so ,a bit sweet ok if you only want to get well oiled . But this added to a kit is wow for a nearly sixty year old wine drinker just try adding half the bottle to your next 30 bottle kit you will never go back.

Really top rate product. The neck hole is the correct size for rubber bungs, Nylon fermentation bungs & Safety Bungs, unlike that which others are selling.
I had run out of camden tablets, the fresh supply halted any residual fermentation prior to bottling, Banana Wine clears without any intervention,I reccomend it.
A really good bit of kit, saves a lot of time & hassle filling your bottles. Once you do a few adjustments your good to go. It is also well made. All in all a really good addition to your brewing set up

Needed to boost my white wine stock so I tried this kit. Easy to make but did take a couple of days longer to complete fermentation than specified. Having said that, it's December and the fermentation room is cool. Whilst I used a heater pad with temperature control, I think the fermentation conditions were not perfect. Hence the extra day or two. The bulk of the brew is waiting polishing but I did run a sample through a gravity filter for tasting. Very pleased with the result even though it has had no time to mature :-)

, it's a great favourite of all of my friends when we have a get together.
I found this lager to be a light and refreshing lager with a pale colour. It doesn't have the strong taste or hoppiness of a pils type beer. It is very, very easy to drink. I made it with 1.5Kg of sugar and this resulted in an ABV of approximately 5.2%. One of my favourites!
