White wines come in many styles and in this section we have some fantastic white wine kits that do not sit into the usual set of white wine homebrew kit varieties.

Some white wines are a mix of grape varieties to add extra complexity, add flavours, dilute acidity, increase or decrease body.  Some single grape wines (called varietals) can be quite intense and some can be quite mild, so need to be blended to create a fantastic wine.
