These Island Mist Wine kits are easy to make and take just 4 weeks before they are ready to bottle.  Once bottled, we recommend laying them down and leaving them for 3-6 months to bottle condition.  This allows their flavours to fully develop, so when you are ready, chill a bottle and then pop it open.  Enjoy as you would a normal glass of wine, or add some ice and some tonic water (or lemonade) and turn it into a spritzer.
