Make 40 pints of lager using the Youngs Harvest Lager beer kit. Light tasting, thirst quenching lager at a fraction of the cost of buying it in a shop. A good session lager ideal for parties, with your friends and just at home.
By following the easy instructions you can expect a strength of around 4.2% ABV.
If you like your homebrew lager to be stronger then simply add less water to the fermentation process. Try using 32 pints rather than 40 to make the alcohol content stronger. The brew would probably end up with an ABV of over 5%.
Youngs Harvest Lager is a cheap, quick and easy way to make good quality lager. All you have to do is add sugar & water to the syrup, stir in the yeast and watch the process unfold!
With brewing time usually between just 7 to 10 days you can be bottling or barrelling in no time at all!
