Brewbitz Refer a Friend Rewards
Customers that have purchased from www.brewbitz.com can obtain a unique referral code that they can give to their friends to obtain a discount on their first purchase at Brewbitz.
For referring a friend that makes a qualifying purchase you will receive a £5 store credit that you can use on subsequent purchases. Your friend will receive a 10% discount on their first order.
1. A referral is validated when the ‘Friend’ accepts the reward and then places and order above £50.
2. Once a referral is validated, both the Friend and Referrer will receive an email notification.
3. In order for a Referral to generate a store credit for the referrer, the following must apply:
a - The individual to whom the Referral has been sent must: (i) not already be a Brewbitz customer; (ii) go on to become a customer of Brewbitz;
b - The new Customer must make a purchase over £50 (excluding postage) from the Website within 180 days of being sent the Referral and must not return their purchase within the allowed returns period (as set out in these terms and conditions). Where the new Member makes a purchase containing multiple items, an Account Credit will be awarded unless the new Member returns all of the items ordered; and
c - as stated above, the Referral must be to a friend or family member.
4. The standard referral reward is £5 store credit to the Referrer, and 10% initial order discount to the Friend.
5. Rewards will be authorised once the Friend has made a qualifying purchase.
6. You need to be a Brewbitz customer to make a referral.
7. Referral rewards are variable. Brewbitz reserves the right to withdraw or change the referral promotion at any time, with or without notice.
8. Store credit rewards can only be used as a discount towards the purchase price of items on www.brewbitz.com. Discounts are not offered on postage costs. Multiple Referral Store Credits can be combined and used towards a purchase price of items on www.brewbitz.com. Store Credit can not be used towards postage costs.
9. You cannot recommend yourself or anyone else at your address. Customers may not use alternative email addresses to refer themselves or refer friends/family that use the same delivery and/or billing address as the Member.
10. Discount codes are not able to be used on items purchased with store credit via the referral scheme.
11. Check that your friend is happy to hear about this offer from Brewbitz before you refer them.
12. We'll withhold rewards if we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity. All decisions made by Brewbitz are final and correspondence will not be entered into.
13. This offer is not applicable when the Friend is, or has at some previous time, been a customer of Brewbitz.
14. As a Registered Referrer you can track validated and issued referrals in My Referrals in the the Referrals section of the Help section once you have logged in.
15. Store Credit can not be exchanged for cash. They have no cash redemption value and you shall not be entitled to any payment in respect of redemption (or expiry) of a Store Credit.
16. Store Credit can not be transferred or assigned to another customer.
17. Store Credits have an expiry date of 12 months from the date of issue.
18. If you return an item purchased using Account Credit, Brewbitz will issue the refund as a Store Credit of the same value used, with the remainder due refunded to your original payment method, where part payment was made via an alternate payment method.
19. Brewbitz may at its sole discretion deem an Account Credit void.
20. This scheme has been set up with good intentions and good will is expected of customers using this scheme. This scheme is monitored and any inappropriate activity will be flagged to Brewbitz.
