The beer kit takes about a week to 10 days to ferment, then once in the barrel can be drank about 2 weeks later.

The beer will keep safely in the barrel for 6 months or more.

Once you have finished your first beer, wash all the equipment and use it again for you next beer by simply buying a new beer kit.
