St Peters - Plum Porter - 35 Pint Beer Kit

St Peters Plum Porter is based on the beer that they make in their brewery. A dark, sweet, full-bodied plum porter with background notes of damson and blackcurrant, which is followed by the fruitiness of the plum in flavour and aroma.  This plum porter beer kit will make 35 pints at 5% ABV

If you want the beer stronger in flavour and alcohol, you could add less water when you start the brewing process to make a deeper and fuller bodied beer. Try using 30 pints instead of 35.

However, if 5% is a bit strong for you, and you want the porter a little thinner, you can increase the amount of water you add at the beginning to 40 pints and this will drop the ABV to about 4.5% and make the finished porter a little lighter.

This 3kg, twin can homebrew porter kit requires no brewing sugar but it does require the basic brewing equipment to get going.

St Peters Plum Porter is of high quality using English pale malts and hops to give some bitterness and aroma. These are more expensive than some single can kits which will make you a better tasting, higher quality beer.
