The On the House Pinot Grigio wine kit will make you around 30 bottles of great tasting Italian white wine. A a light white wine, with flavours of lime, lemon, peach, and apple that balance the acidity in a relatively dry wine, that should be drank fresh.
A fantastic companion with fish, chicken or cheese. The beautifully soft, dry white is low in acid with slight peach flavours. On the House Pinot Grigio is a fruitful delight that will excite your taste buds.
The strength will be somewhere around the 12% ABV mark. If you like your On the House Pinot Grigio stronger though just add less water for a higher concentrated brew. Fermenting will only take around 4 weeks or so but with any wine it gets better with age so be patient and let it mature away, it'll be worth it. 30 bottle kits are excellent value for money providing you with 30 750ml bottles of good quality wine at a fraction of the cost of a supermarket wine.
