A dry red wine, it has a fantastic bouquet of summer berries, plums with a hint of spice and herbs. Fantastic with red meats.
This kit has 8 litres of concentrated grape juice that produces 30 bottles of fantastic red wine in the style of the famous French Chateau Neuf Du Pape.
The strength of the wine will be around the 12% ABV mark and will take approximately 4 weeks to make.
In this kit you get 8 litres of grape concentrate (that you top up to 23 litres with tap water), the perfect yeast for this style of wine and the other ingredients to make sure this wine kit makes you 30 bottles of wine that you would find on the expensive shelves of the supermarket aisle.
Once bottled it is best left for 6 months to mature. The dry tannins and earthy tones when young will mellow with age to create a fruity spicy dry red wine.
No extra sugar is required as this is a premium all inclusive wine kit.
