Muntons Connoisseurs Summer Ale - 40 Pint Beer Kit

Muntons Connoisseurs Summer Ale is a traditional pale ale that's perfect for summer as it works well served chilled. 

The Muntons Connoisseurs Summer Ale has malted wheat alongside the malted barley to add extra body to support it's malty base.  Lightly hopped with traditional Goldings hops to give that traditional English pale ale taste.

Best served around 14°C.  If you follow the beer kit instructions then you will make a Muntons Connoisseurs Summer Ale with an approximate strength of 4.7% abv.

This kit will also require one of the following:
a - 1kg of Brewing Sugar (supermarket sugar will work, but it will cause the finished beer to be sweet)
Or
b - 1kg of Beer Enhancer.  A mixture of brewing sugar and light spraymalt.  This will give the finished beer a good body and mouth feel.
Or
c - 1.5kg of Light Liquid Malt Extract.  This will give the best finished beer with a smooth body, full flavour and good head retention.

You will also need basic brewing equipment such as: a bucket; siphon; steriliser; thermometer & hydrometer to brew this ingredient kit.
